Why you're here
Probably your welcome email, or the one your cart abandoners get. I sent it without being asked, because showing the work is faster than describing it. If you'd rather see the idea before you scroll back to that email, here it is.
Hi there, Thank you so much for subscribing! We're thrilled to have you join our community. We believe wellness starts from within. Founded in 2019 by a team of nutritionists and athletes, we've made it our mission to bring you supplements you can actually trust — third-party tested, clinically dosed, and made in the USA. As a thank you for joining, here's 10% off your first order with code WELCOME10. Happy shopping, The Team
Your code is WELCOME10. Ten percent off anything, good for seven days. One thing before you spend it. Most people start with the multivitamin. The people who stay start with magnesium, because you feel it inside four days — and feeling something is usually what convinces anyone this stuff works at all. If you sleep badly, start there.Shop with WELCOME10 →
Nobody reads to paragraph four for a discount code. The founding story is real and worth telling — just not to someone who subscribed ninety seconds ago.
"Here's 10% off" is a coupon. "Good for seven days" is a reason to open the next email. Same offer, different job.
Pointing someone at the product they'll actually feel is what turns one order into a second one. That's a retention decision made in a welcome email.
What I do
Welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback. The four sequences that run every day to a list you already paid to build, and that almost nobody revisits after launch week.
I work with Shopify brands doing roughly $50k to $500k a month on Klaviyo — big enough that a rewrite moves a real number, small enough that there's no in-house lifecycle marketer already doing this.
Not campaigns, not blog posts, not social. Flows convert better than anything else you send and they compound without further work, which is exactly why they're worth more attention than they get.
How it runs
Before I write anything, I screenshot the last ninety days of that flow in Klaviyo — revenue per recipient, placed-order rate, the lot. If we skip this, there's no way to prove afterwards that anything worked.
Every email in the sequence, plus subject-line variants. You get it as a doc you can edit, not a locked file, and I'll walk you through why each change is there.
Fifty-fifty inside Klaviyo, running until each side has at least a thousand recipients. Your existing emails keep sending the whole time, so there's no window where the flow is off.
If my version wins, you keep it and we talk about the next flow. If it loses, you've lost nothing but the fee and you know something true about your list. I'll tell you which it was.

Price
One flow rewritten, split-tested, for $500. That's roughly a fifth of what this work costs elsewhere, and it's deliberate — I'm early, and what I need more than the fee is permission to publish the result.
So the rate comes with conditions: I get the before-and-after numbers, and I get to write about what happened, with your name on it or without. If you'd rather keep the results entirely private, that's completely fine — it's just the full rate instead.
Five clients at this price, then it goes up. If you're reading this, there are probably still some left.

Tell me which flow you think is weakest and I'll tell you honestly whether I can move it. That costs you one email and no call.
